In the dynamic world of education, each day presents new challenges and opportunities. Many of these challenges are hard enough resulting in stressful experiences, bad health conditions, and other feelings of burnout and dislike. The job that one day you committed with love and passion begins to break and leave you unmotivated, tired, and sick. Probably in a worse way than I described here. With all these situations we need to do something!  After living and experiencing all these difficulties every day in my classroom, I decided to reflect and make changes for myself,  my family, and the job I still love.  I concluded that it is my responsibility and only mine.
